<h1 class="heading-node">Please Read These Instructions Carefully</h1>The Campus Mini App Challenge scouts highly talented and high intensity builders building the next-level Mini Apps on Base. The challenge runs for the entire duration of August 2025. This challenge showcases various universities in the Philippines’ dedication to innovation and also serves as a gateway to getting:<ul class="list-node"><li>Support and Funding through Grants</li><li>Internship and Job Opportunities</li></ul><h3 class="heading-node">🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Who can join the Challenge?</h3>Students and alumni from any university or college in the Philippines are welcome to join. Whether you're a solo builder or a team, you're eligible as long as at least one member is a student or alum.<h3 class="heading-node">🏗️ What do I need to build? </h3>You’ll be building a simple onchain app using Base — think of things like mini tools, social dApps, small games, or utilities. The goal is to showcase your creativity and ability to ship.<h3 class="heading-node">🎓 How do I represent my School?</h3>Just indicate your school or university name when submitting your project. Submissions will be counted per school based on this.<h3 class="heading-node">⚒️ What tools or tech should I use? </h3>We will be using Base (an Ethereum L2), and you can integrate with tools like viem, wagmi, thirdweb, or scaffold-eth. Projects will be judged on functionality, creativity, and usability — not complexity. All Mini Apps should be submitted by this time for it to be counted. <h3 class="heading-node">💰 Prizes at Stake</h3>The Top 3 Campus with the most number of submissions will each receive P50,000.<h3 class="heading-node">📋 Winning Criteria</h3>For Mini Apps to be counted and considered a valid submission, it should at least work with its intended functionality and usability. MiniKit application and integration IS A MUST.<h3 class="heading-node">Terms</h3>Participation in this Gig / Challenge is entirely voluntary. Gigs are a way to learn and dabble in opportunities to build in web3. These are neither full-time jobs nor project-based engagements.
